i'm a yogi

it's interesting having a physical form here.  i'm beginning to see that i need to take care of this little body i have, so i started learning yoga from a really great pal of mine.  Here he is teaching me a pose he called DOWN BEAR:

and then we did the SPLITS

and then we did a full LOTUS posture for awhile.  Phew!  That was hard!

and after we were done we did CUB'S POSE like this:

now i feel really great.  i'm going to try to do a little yoga every day.  maybe.
